Air Control Staff

We continually review & maintain the highest level of trained personnel in all facets of our business. Our approach aims at establishing a culture of teamwork and individual success with all employees to develop an energetic, powerful group of longstanding & committed staff members.

Annual inception of apprentices, in-line with strict apprentice training ensures that the future of our trades personnel are home grown and have themselves built thorough working relationships and knowledge with our clients and their servicing facilities.

Air Control provide formal site & company induction procedures for all new employees & project members. All qualified technicians are trained to exceed that required of Australian Standards and all regulatory requirements in their individual fields.

All on-site employees are provided with regular on-the-job training in the latest products and safety legislation (OH&S). Further training is also provided in first aid, leadership, and customer relations.

Regular performance reviews are conducted with all staff, with all training monitored and evaluated as part of our Quality Assurance commitment.

Further to this, all staff members are proudly part of the Air Control Social Club, in which social activities and outings are scheduled every 3 months. This is a great way for all staff to get together on a social level and enjoy a great day of charter fishing, golfing and even 10 pin bowling!
